a simple grAb (image offset) editor for PNG files

controls:
- up/down/left/right: shift offsets one pixel
- mouse button 1 drag: move offsets with cursor
- mouse button 2 drag: move view with cursor
- alt-s: save (overwrite)
- alt-a: save as
- alt-o: open file
